Developer and grievance officer
Amount Tracker is made by Poorna Chander Terala, who is also the grievance officer. For questions, requests about your data, a complaint about the app, or a problem with a plan, write to Poorna Chander Terala, the grievance officer, at amounttracker@gmail.com. Please write "Amount Tracker" in the subject and say what happened and which version of the app you use (More > About this app, What's new).
The website
The same documents, how to use the app, the features and the plans are also on the app’s website, https://amounttracker.pages.dev. Opening it is optional: the app does not need it, loads nothing from it and sends nothing to it, and your phone’s browser opens only when you tap the link.
How quickly you will hear back
Your message will be acknowledged within seven days and answered within one month. A problem with a payment or a refund for a plan is best taken to Google Play first, which holds the payment.
If you are not satisfied
You may complain to the Data Protection Board of India once it is functioning, as the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 provides. For a consumer complaint, the National Consumer Helpline is 1915 (consumerhelpline.gov.in), and you may approach the consumer commission. For a problem with your bank or card, contact your bank first.
If you think you are being cheated
Banks and this app never ask for your OTP, PIN, CVV or password. If someone does, or money has gone from your account without your knowledge, call 1930 or report it at cybercrime.gov.in, and tell your bank at once.
